Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.

Why did you start crossfit?

My entire life I have been in sports and been in strength and condition/team setting so this was a natural fit for that. Took me a while but I am a full on crossfitter now.

What motivates you to continue?

Trying to suck just a little bit less every day at CrossFit

Why did you chose to coach?

I had a coach that said "those who can do, do; and those who cannot do teach," so I teach people to be better than me.. No actually, fitness is my passion, so helping people reach goals and better themselves is something I love to do. There is not much more rewarding than watching somebody's face when they hit a goal or do something they have never thought they could achieve. Secondly, I've had some awesome coaches in my life, and most have had a positive impact on who I am as a person, and I would like to be a positive impact on other people's life.
