Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.
Why did you start crossfit?
I started crossfit to get in better shape and to get back into a regular exercise routine.
What motivates you to continue?
There are a lot of things that motivate me to continue. The community, progress and seeing myself getting stronger, the mental fortitude I have gained, EHP is cheaper than therapy (endorphins make you happy) :) and the habit of going to EHP every day.
Why did you chose to coach?
I decided that I would like to coach to help give back to our community. I find joy in seeing other people thriving and bettering themselves. I also love to constantly learn new things and to be able to use new skills in hopes to help others.
