Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.
Why did you start crossfit?
I started crossfit because I had the opportunity to coach weightlifting at a crossfit gym in India.
What motivates you to continue?
The relationships and the community have made me want to stay. I also like how it has improved my overall fitness.
Why did you chose to coach?
A huge driving factor for me was getting a free membership plus getting paid for my time at the gym. I was already spending so much time here it just made sense. The other big factor is fitness being my passion and being able to use my knowledge to help others improve their quality of life.
