Tune In Tuesday- 3 Core Exercise You Should Be Doing

1. Hollow hold – to perform this you must lie on your back holding your feet off the ground and hands in the air. Also you are pulling your shoulders up off the ground. You should be balancing on your lower back in a banana shape. To make this movement easier you pull your knees in and bring your arms in.

2. Plank hold – for this movement you are on your elbows and feet. We want our bodies to flat for this exercise. To make this easier we can drop to our knees.

3. V- ups – Start by lying on your back with your arms over your head and your legs straight. Then you are going to raise your legs and arms at the same time. The end of the movement is when you touch your toes with your hands.
