Swolemate Saturday!

This week we have we have Anna Moore! I asked her to help me test a couple of questions this week to see how they work out. With that said, I am open to any ideas or suggestions about things you guys would like to see for Swolemate Saturdays! After all this is all about you guys and shinning light on the things you enjoy! So until then, I hope you enjoy learning a little bit about MY better half :)

1.) What is something you do with others that helps you stay active?

Aside from CrossFit, I LOVE to run! I am running the Fargo 1/2 marathon in May with my mother-in-law, Emily. Having Emily as a running partner is extremely motivating! During our upcoming long runs, I plan to convince her to join EHP!!

2.) Is the Saturday morning WOD part of your routine? Why or why not? Sometimes! I used to be a lot better about attending the Saturday morning workout. Lately, I find myself hitting snooze a few too many times that I end up missing class. However, I definitely plan on being more present on Saturday mornings at EHP!

3.) Do you find that your friends and family share similar fitness and nutritional goals? How does this effect you? Absolutely! I enjoy working out with Eric everyday (whenever our schedules line up at least)! My father-in-law is also a member of EHP so a lot our family time is spent at the gym or talking about the gym! Having similar goals and surrounding myself with likeminded people allows me to stay on track with my goals.
