Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.

Why do you Crossfit?

I started Crossfit to get out of the house more often as I work from home. I felt my health was getting out of hand from sitting 16 hours a day.

What motivates you to continue?

This is an evolving answer, I find more and more reasons that motivate me to keep coming back. Hitting the movement that you have been working on for months, PR'ing, seeing my 9am stay at home moms, but my biggest reason is my kids. They absolutely love it. They are always happy and its great to see them care about their health at a young age, that and the fact they ask me if its gyms time like 100 times in a day. That's motivation enough.
