Next week will be one of our athletes one year EHP Crossfit anniversary! Rauger Barzani joined our gym January 30th 2017. We'd like to showcase some of his progress within the gym.

One Rep Back Squat: First Recorded: 185 lbs This January: 235 lbs
One Rep Clean
First Recorded: 105 lbs December 2017: 180 lbs
One Rep Snatch:
First Recorded: 90 lbs
This January: 115 lbs
Rauger also has one of the fastest mile times of our athletes, just recently within the last two months perfected handstand walking and is working on linking his ring muscle ups. He comes to class every day and spends a little extra time working on new movements. Asks questions about form and works him self to the ground in a workout,... until one of his fellow peers comes and pulls him off the floor.
Your goals may relate to a certain lift or running a faster marathon or being able to do x amount of pullups and we may not work on those every day. However, everything we do day to day does help get you closer to those goals whether it feels like it not. There is a process and we have to trust it.
