Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.

Why do you Crossfit?
I started crossfit a couple years back to get involved in a sport again. I had graduated college and my basketball career was over. I ran a few 1/2 marathons and joined a gym but nothing compares to working out with a group of people and a team. I knew crossfit would give me that, and it did that and more. I was hooked the first day I started and haven't looked back since.
What motivates you to continue?
Several things motivate me and keep me going! I have a great group at 5:30am that I look forward to seeing every morning! Seeing Dale, Mark, Hollie, Harley, Annette, Amanda, Angie (just naming a few) come in every day and work their butts off, that motivates me as I only hope to have their ability when I get to their ages. With that, my overall health and wellness is important, that keeps me going. The energy that a morning workout provides me with throughout the day is enough to get me out of bed every morning before 5am. Adding all of these things together keeps me coming back to EHP everyday!
