If you have walked through EHP's doors chances are she has introduced herself or you heard her cheering the loudest for her fellow athletes. Callie Bowen joined EHP in Decmeber of 2014. We'd like to showcase some of her progress within the gym.

This last Summer Callie put her focus on her aerobic capacity. She is small and mighty but running is not her cup of tea. Her first recorded mile time with EHP was at 9min 04sec and the last day of our four week aerobic capacity class she tested out with a mile time of 7min 41 sec. Right now you might see her staying after class or in the corner doing her own thing as her focus is ring muscle ups and handstand walking... and we have no doubt that she will get there.
