1. What is something you do with your significant other that helps you stay active?

I lucked out and my husband usually is up for coming along on crazy adventures, it did take 5 years to convince him to join crossfit, but when he isn't complaining that he is sore he is telling people he actually likes it. Even came to a crossfit on Kauai with me!!

2. Do you find that your friend and family share similar fitness or nutritional goals? How does this effect you?

I have very active parents. Both workout on a very regular basis and eat healthy, they have for as long as I can remember. Its set a great example for me, hell If I am half as active as my parents at thier age I think that is great, for example my mom does master step 6 days a week

3. What is something you and your significant other do together that helps promote a healthy life style?

Well in general it's great having Joe at the gym now. He is finally understanding the love that I have for crossfit. This trip alone, he was willing to go hiking with me at 5am (even if I had to find a alternate for mr sleepy) he went repelling, and dropped in with me at a local box. He will help me food prep on Sundays and has allowed me to spend all the crazy hours at the gym without hesitation.
