Selfish Sunday-Bake it up!

You work hard, take a little time for yourself. It’s okay to be selfish every once in a while, in fact it’s a necessity unless you want to crash and burn (which you don’t...that’s no bueno). So each Sunday, I’m going to help you be a little selfish and give you an idea of something you can do to relax and take a little break from the chaos of life.

Today, take a little time and bake something. Maybe it’s healthy, maybe it’s a little on the naughty side. Either way, spend time with your spouse, kids, friends, or solo and bake something delish. You could use an old family recipe for your grandma’s melt-in-your-mouth cookies or make up a batch of paleo protein balls. Feel free to try one of these delightful recipes if you want to venture out and try something different.
