Throwback Thursday: The CrossFit Open

The CrossFit Open is one week away! Are you excited? Get ready to push yourself further than you have all (crossfit) year long.

The open is for anybody that wants to prove their fitness. If you want to test your boundaries and see if you have improved your level of fitness within the walls of our very own gym.. THIS. IS. IT.

5 workouts, spread across 5 weeks, released every Thursday night with two of the very best in world throwing down to show us how it is done. There are four new workouts and always a repeat from the years prior to test if you have done the work you needed to do.

What do you think the repeat will be this year?

Will it be 17.1?

For time: 10 dumbbell snatches 15 burpee box jump-overs 20 dumbbell snatches 15 burpee box jump-overs 30 dumbbell snatches 15 burpee box jump-overs 40 dumbbell snatches 15 burpee box jump-overs 50 dumbbell snatches 15 burpee box jump-overs

Will it be 17.2?

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of: 2 rounds of: 50-ft. weighted walking lunge 16 toes-to-bars 8 power cleans Then, 2 rounds of: 50-ft. weighted walking lunge 16 bar muscle-ups 8 power cleans

Maybe 15.3?

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of: 7 muscle-ups 50 wall-ball shots 100 double-unders
