Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.

Why do you Crossfit?
I started at EHP in 2015 because I got a free trial week! Karla was at the Sportsman show at the dome and I happened to walk by their booth. At that time, I was pretty clueless about fitness and wasn't having good results at the local 24/7 gym. I was doing the same routine over and over...boredom was my biggest enemy.
What motivates you to continue?
Two things motivate me to continue: My health and my daughter Claire. I have a family history of diabetes and I just don't want to go down that medication route. Also, I want to be a good example for Claire. She loves CrossFit but at least she sees what she can do when she gets as "old" as her mom. Exposing Claire to a lifetime of fitness through CrossFit is probably the best outcome I could have hoped for.
