Throwback Thursday: We Need To Talk About Jordan

We need to talk about Jordan Marschke. What is he doing? What is he eating? What is he drinking? How are you moving so fast? I think we can all agree that this guy has flown by us within the last year. Take a look at the progress he has made within the gym since entering our doors.

1 Rep Snatch:

11/01/16 - 115 lbs.

1/28/18 - 175 lbs.

1 Rep Clean:

12/19/16 - 150 lbs.

3/2/18 - 250 lbs

1 Rep Deadlift

10/24/16 - 345 lbs.

1/8/18 - 395 lbs.

1-Mile Run

Karen:

8/22/16 - 11:14 w/ 16lb med ball

2/9/18 - 6:11 w/ 20lb med ball

We all have our kryptonite and right now his is handstand pushups and double unders. Just a week or two ago he couldn't do a kipping handstand pushup and two days ago I watched him do five. He works tirelessly on his double unders and at the rate he is moving - which is fast - I'm sure he will have them down by the end of the Open season.

Work hard on your strengths and work even hard on our weaknesses and you will prevail.
