3 Weeks Down in the 2018 Open. Only 2 weeks left;. Last week was quite work out. With Muscle ups in Rx and pull ups in scaled to give athletes the opportunity to get their first one!

Rx “18.3” 2 Rounds For Time Of: 100 Double-Unders 20 Overhead Squats (115/80) 100 Double-Unders 12 Ring Muscle-Ups 100 Double-Unders 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35) 100 Double-Unders 12 Bar Muscle-Ups Time Cap: 14 Minutes

Scaled “18.3” 2 Rounds For Time Of: 100 Single-Unders 20 Overhead Squats (45/35) 100 Single-Unders 12 Pull-ups 100 Single-Unders 20 Dumbbell Snatches (35/20) 100 Single-Unders 12 Pull-ups Time Cap: 14 Minutes

The Week started off with Cheri and Heather Going Head to Head in the Thursday Night Throw down! Both Ladies crushed this workout right after they learned what they had to do.

On Friday it was a full house at EHP with all the Athletes ready to take on the challenge of 18.3. We had few athletes get there first muscles up (Aaron Vayno, Marc Hedlund) and as well as many others who gave the their best shot as the crowd roared when they would make and attempt.

After 3 weeks our score for FNL lights has Juan More Rep out to a commanding lead with 1268pts, followed by Jacked in the Box with 1097, and in last Flexy and We Know It with 1075.

It has been a great 3 weeks with on 2 more to go keep up the hard work. Will any team catch up to Juan More Rep?
