Motivation Monday- What is your "Why"-Greg Gulbranson

Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.

Why do you Crossfit?

I started crossfit because my friend (Chloe) nagged me about it long enough that I finally gave in and gave it a try.

What motivates you to continue?

I keep coming back because of the competitive side of the sport. Since I'm passed the point of being able to compete in gymnastics, it's nice to have found an activity to make me feel that competitive drive again. I also like the way crossfit makes me feel. (and look!) 😉

Besides that, I love being a member at EHP because of great coaches and great friends. Above all, that's what will keep me coming back day after day!
