Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.

Why do you Crossfit?
I started crossfit to get back in shape and to lose some weight. I also needed to get my blood pressure and cholesterol straightened out.
What motivates you to continue?
Seeing the results on the scale slowly go down isn't much of the motivator anymore, but it is nice to keep seeing it go down. Seeing the blood pressure and cholesterol coming down is a great motivator. My greatest motivator is my family. Having their support to keep going is awesome, plus having all of us as members at EHP is a bonus. We are one of those "crossfit families"! I also have to give a little shout out to the 5:30 crew, all of you guys make it easier and a lot of fun to get up that early to work out!
