The Warm Weather is Here!

Hey everyone now that the weather has warmed up the outdoor WOD's begin! I am going to talk about some things you may need to know during the summer.
First,with all this sun we have to make sure we are protect our skin. So make sure you are wear sunscreen. There is some in the bathrooms at the gym. You can also bring your own.
Second, you are going to see more running in workouts, we have to get it in while we can! If you are some one who needs a more cushioned shoe for those long running workouts you may want to leave a pair at the gym or check the WOD to know what shoes you need for the day.
Third, if you forgot your sunglasses no need to worry we have some you can use! they are located by the kiosk in the red cubby's. They may not be Oakley's but they work for one day!
Lastly, if you plan on working out outside there are a few things to remember. You must have a rubber mat for your Kettle bells and Dumbbells. Do not bring comp plates or the gyms jump ropes outside.
I can't wait to enjoy this weather while we have it!
