Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.

Why do you Crossfit?

I started Crossfit because I wanted to go the gym. I bugged my older brother about us going to the gym, and he suggested Crossfit. I never knew what Crossfit was until my brother suggested we should try it. I was a bit nervous, as I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but as I googled what Crossfit was, I knew it would be something I’d like.

What motivates you to continue?

Progressing is a main factor. I have progressed so much since I first started crossfit. The open is a prime example of my progress. Last year I was scaling the scaled for the open workouts. This year I was able to RX all 5 open workouts. Knowing the fact that I have progressed so much, motivates me to come almost daily to this wonderful gym and try and progress even more!
