Motivation Monday- What is your "Why"-Annette Nygaard

Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.

Why do you Crossfit?

“I wanted to be in better shape to keep up with my energetic child. I found out I was not in as good of shape as I thought trying to coach youth soccer..”

What motivates you to continue?

"I have learned so much about myself and to get out of your head and accomplish p.k lisa things I never would have thought possible. Also learning about nutrition with some help from Karla and the coaches. So beside the stress reliever it is for me, it is also a weapon I use to fight chronic disease.

So far I am winning!

Also to be a positive role model for my son to build better habits"
