Each and everyone of us walked through the door at EHP for a different reason. The reason "WHY" is unique to us as individuals. What you don't know is your "WHY" might be the motivation for someone else to start or even continue walking through the door.

Why did you start crossfit?

I've always been pretty active and enjoyed going to the gym. I had no idea how much of an impact it would have on me to today with health and fitness. Originally I was just intrigued with the idea of working out with friends and somebody else training me rather than doing whatever at a globo-gym. I watched a couple videos of the games athletes and felt inspired to give it a try.

What motivates you to continue?

My family and friends. My younger brother, only nine years old, thinks it is cool to see me lifting heavy and walking on my hands. A room filled with your friends, working out together, listening to music, pushing each other... what else would you really need?

I feel better and look better if I'm consistently going to the gym. Happier, can think clearer, easy place to relieve stress. I think Olympic lifting is relaxing and after a long day it is all I really need.

Why did you chose to coach?

I know how CrossFit and the coaches in my life have helped me and I would like to be there and do the same for others.
