If I have learned one thing throughout my journey in CrossFit is that it isn't about me. It's about everyone who shows up day in and day out to strive to be better than yesterday. When I moved back to this area about four years ago I had a choice to make. Would I go work for another Sports Chiropractor and spend my time training on my own to be a competitive CrossFit athlete or would I open my own practice and a gym who encourages everyone to strive to be better than yesterday. Well, I think you know my answer. I chose the latter. I was and still am more interested in a place where people can come to improve upon themselves and live a better quality of life. We have started a number of programs in addition to CrossFit in order to Empower all different types of people at different stages in their health journey. This video is highlighting all the wonderful work that Coach Mitch and Coach Jon put in for our Adaptive Athlete Program so that these athletes could go compete at Fargomania. By the way, I think we had a competitive group... becuase they won Fargomania! Although winning isn't the end result at all, their win signified all the hard work and practice that they put in the 8 weeks and year prior to their competition! With the help of our amazing coaching staff we also have a Women's Empowerment Scholarship, Longevity Class (55+), Littles (3-6 years), Kids (6-12) and teens (12-18), Bootcamp Challenge and Body Transformation Challenge.
Wherever people are at in their journey we have a place for them to confidently start working on themselves!
I am grateful that everyone at EHP shares our values or Empowerment, Hard work and Personal Growth and holds their friends and neighbors to those values as well.
Sometimes it isn't about the destination, its about the journey!
