Do you Have an Attitude of Gratitude?
Thanks for taking the time to complete the Purpose Finder Assessment! We hope you found the experience useful. If you haven’t already completed Purpose Finder, there’s still time—simply to to the link below to gain access!
With that behind us, it’s time to turn our attention to our next “purpose-building” activity.
Having completed the assessment, it’s time for each of us to begin putting our individual purpose to good use—and here’s a great activity to get things jumpstarted.
At the Front Desk at EHP, please grab 5-7 “Gratitude Cards” with a set of simple, easy-to-follow instructions.
Here’s how this exercise works.
Take a few minutes to identify a couple of people you’d like to specifically recognize for their good work (co-workers, friends, teachers, mentors, people who you are grateful for). With those people in mind, fill out your “Gratitude Cards” with some thoughts of appreciation. Once your cards are completed, go and find those people and give them the cards—be sure to say “Thanks !” for all their great work.
Here’s the payoff for everyone.
By simply expressing your gratitude for the work of others, not only will you make them feel great—but you’ll feel great as well. And, in so doing, you’ll be putting your purpose to work in the service and appreciation of others!
We hope you’ll join us in this important exercise! We are, indeed, better together!
