Wisdom Wednesday: Push up challenge

This month's challenge is simple yet concrete. You have asked for it and we have delivered.
We want you to be stronger, so what better way than to utilize your body anywhere you go. Literally anywhere.
If you are currently dealing with shoulder/elbow/wrist issues, make an appointment with your head coach and have them help you figure out how to modify so you can still benefit from this challenge.
The push up
If you do 10 in a day, you get 1 point.
30 gets you 3 points.
50 gets you 5 points.
Your goal, to improve your push up ability over the month of August... and then watch that core to extremity ability shine in all other aspects of your physical health as well!
